Norton and Hodges guarantees the workmanship on handbags, totes and shoes for the life of the product.

Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, shedding due to friction, poor storage conditions, damage or other mishandling of our products.  

Please note that returns are only accepted within seven days of purchase, and items that cause discomfort, such as rubbing or blistering, due to fit or personal sensitivity, but are free from workmanship defects, are not eligible for return.
